There is noting like a custom pillowcase to take your bed from drab to fab. For at home use, or to commemorate a special trip or occasion, a custom pillow is the way to go.

Please specify which direction you would like your pillow to open. We recommend them opening at the outer side of the bed. If purchasing two, please keep in mind they are going to open on opposite ends and to specify which opening you want each initial or name to be on!  

Pillowcases available in queen and king size. 100% GOTS organic cotton. 

The Importance of GOTS Certification for Organic Cotton Products: The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the industry standard used by all retailers to ensure that products made with organic cotton are authentic and that all materials used in the product are also organic. 

Shipping

Embroidery products are made to order, and may take up to 2-4 weeks to create and process.

Custom engraving takes ~1 week to create and process.

All other products that are not customized will ship within 1-3 business days.

Return policy

What is your refund/exchange policy?
Our store policy is NO returns for refunds, though we are happy to exchange items that you are unsatisfied with within a 7 day period of receiving the item for a different item of equal or lesser value, provided that the original piece is in original condition (with tags if applicable) and accompanied with a receipt. Purchases made on sale days are final sale and cannot be exchanged. We offer a store credit if no item is desirable at time of initial exchange. 

All dried floral arrangements are final sale. 

Art prints and paintings are final sale. 

All candles are final sale. 

 

My package didn't show up - how should I proceed?

Once your Abbode package is picked up by USPS or UPS, it is the responsibility of the delivery service to successfully deliver your package. We do not take responsibility for lost, stolen or misplaced deliveries. We ask that you direct any delivery issues to the shipping provider by filing a claim on their website or calling their customer service number with your tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

 

My item is broken/ damaged - can I get a replacement?
We have strict quality control in place and every piece is inspected by our team to ensure the that only the highest quality items are sent to you. Abbode is not responsible for broken or damaged items received by mail once we have shipped items. All disputes must be handled within 5 days of your items arrival through the shipping courier first before contacting Abbode with a damage claim. 

 

Vintage item disclaimer: 

Abbode is proud to curate and sell vintage pieces! However, vintage pieces have lived a life before they make it to us, and then to you. Abbode carefully considers all pieces we bring into store and Abbode cannot be held responsible for dissatisfaction with general wear and tear of these items. Abbode provides all general wear and tear details in product descriptions ahead of sales to ensure the best possible transparency for our patrons.

 

Abbode reserves the right to refuse any exchange/return for any reason.
