What is your refund/exchange policy?
Our store policy is NO refunds or returns, though we are happy to exchange items that you are unsatisfied with within a 7 day period of receiving the item for a different item of equal or lesser value, provided that the original piece is in original condition (with tags if applicable) and accompanied with a receipt. Purchases made on sale days are final sale and cannot be exchanged. We offer a store credit if no item is desirable at time of initial exchange.
All dried floral arrangements are final sale.
Art prints and paintings are final sale.
All candles are final sale.
My item is broken/ damaged - can I get a replacement?
We have strict quality control in place and every piece is inspected by our team to ensure the that only the highest quality items are sent to you. Abbode is not responsible broken or damaged items received by mail once we have shipped items. All disputes must be handled through dispute with shipping courier first before contacting Abbode with a damage claim.

Abbode carefully considers all pieces we bring into store and Abbode cannot be held responsible for dissatisfaction with general wear and tear of these items. Abbode provides all general wear and tear details in product descriptions ahead of sales to ensure the best possible transparency for our patrons.
